Acceptable Use Policy

Effective 20 August 2026. PolarCurve LLC, Sheridan, Wyoming, United States.

1. The short version

2. What "authorized" means

A source is authorized if the person supplying it has the right to supply it to you, and you have the right to receive it: your own subscription, your own files, a service you pay for, or something published for anyone to watch. If you are not sure whether a source is authorized, assume it is not.

3. Not permitted

4. What we can and cannot see

Nothing. Your source, your playlist and your viewing exist only on your own device — the privacy policy sets out exactly what leaves it, and it is a device ID and a platform name. This is a deliberate design choice and it cuts both ways: we cannot police what you play, and we cannot hand it to anybody else either.

It also means we cannot investigate a complaint about what a particular user is watching. We can only end a licence, and we will where a court or a credible complaint requires it.

5. Rights holders

If you believe your rights are being infringed, the rights holders page explains what we can do and how to reach us.

6. Breaking this policy

Breaching this policy breaches the licence agreement. We may end the licence, without refund.
